Tennis court fair usage policy:

● The club typically has upwards of 300 members to accommodate and 4 tennis courts. The committee reserves the right to place restrictions on individuals who they deem are taking up excessive amounts of court time which in turn jeopardises the club’s ability to support the wider court time demand of the membership. Any issue would first be discussed with the individual before such action might be taken.

● Those found to be repeatedly not showing up for bookings may also be subject to restrictions detailed below.

● Those found to be making then cancelling bookings in an excessive manner may also be subject to restrictions detailed below:

The 1st time a member fails to cancel their court they will receive a general e-mail asking them to please cancel their court in future if they can no longer attend.  However, if it happens again the following repercussions will take place :

2nd time: Members will be suspended from booking courts for 1 week.

3rd time: Members will be suspended from booking courts for 2 weeks.

4th time: Members will be suspended from booking courts for 1 month.
